- bol
- casserole
- cuillère
Ingrédients
- 1 cuil. à soupe bombée farine de mil
- 1 noisette beurre
- 1 cuil. à soupe lait infantile
- 250 ml d'eau
Instructions
- Dans un bol, diluez la farine de mil dans l'eau.
- Mélangez bien en prenant soin d'écraser tous les grumeaux.
- Renversez le mélange dans une casserole et portez-le à ébullition en mélangeant jusqu'à ce qu’il s'épaississe.
- Laissez cuire 2 à 3 minutes puis retirez du feu.
- Ajoutez la noisette de beurre et le lait.
- Mélangez et laissez refroidir avant de servir.
