Ragoût de pomme de terre à l’œuf

Equipment
- casserole
- couteau
- cuillère
- éplucheur
- fourchette
Ingrédients
- 1 pomme de terre
- 1 tomate réduite en purée
- 1 échalotte râpée
- 1 œuf
- 1 pincée de poivre
- 1 pincée de sel
- 300 ml d'eau
- 1 cuil. à soupe d'huile végétale
Instructions
- Lavez et épluchez la pomme de terre et coupez la en morceaux et réservez.
- Dans une casserole, ajoutez l'huile, l'oignon râpé et la purée de tomate.
- Ajoutez le sel et le poivre et faites revenir pendant 1 à 2 minutes.
- Ajoutez l'eau et les morceau de pomme de terre mélangez puis portez à ébullition.
- Et laissez cuire pendant environ 5 minutes à feu moyen.
- Cassez l'œuf au dessus de la casserole et ajoutez le directement à la préparation.
- Mélangez et laissez cuire encore 5 minutes et c'est prêt!

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and
gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said « You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. » She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
